Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

THE UNITED STATES
We currently offer FREE shipping within the contiguous U.S. All orders are currently shipped via UPS Ground. We can combine shipping
if items are purchased the same day. Please allow 24-72 hours from the order date for your order to ship. UPS Ground usually takes between 3-7 days
from shipping date to arrive.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have recently added an international shipping service via USPS (The United States Postal Service).  The cost of overseas delivery will vary according to the weight of your parcel and what country it is being delivered to. Shipping will automatically be calculated on the checkout page once the delivery destination is confirmed so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order.  You will need to create a customer profile giving us your home address BEFORE the transaction is completed in order for shipping to be calculated. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on worldwide deliveries. 
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or additional taxes or fees may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country is solely the responsibility of the customer. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country; we highly suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information before you submit an order.  
Should you decide to refuse your parcel delivery and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for all applicable shipping fees and taxes.
 
 
Return and Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. U.S. Customers have 14 days to return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of custom-made orders which cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in Re-Saleable condition, including it's original tag & packaging, if applicable.
NOTE: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

To Return or Exchange:
Contact us via email at info@boutiqueoffbroadway.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
For your security, please return your packages to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address below. Off Broadway boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
