Our recent profile on CurveStyle by founder, Catherine Schuller, is simply the latest example of the fashionable reputation that is synonymous with our boutique.

As a model on Off Broadway Boutique owner, Lynn Dell’s, 1980s cable television show, Positively Lynn, Catherine was inspired to break into the plus-sized fashion industry. After establishing herself as a style guru, she wanted to pay homage to the The Countess of Glamour by scheduling an interview with her to chronicle her forty years as a New York City fashion institution. Along with her camerawoman and two stunning full-figured models, she shot a plus-size makeover segment at our elegant boutique on this past Thursday. In addition to demonstrating the power of glamour through changing one’s look with the right clothes and complementary accessories, Catherine showcased our small studio so that the audience could see where our talented tailor creates our custom-fit pieces and exclusive collection. After touring our boutique, she took a few minutes to interview Ms. Dell about it and her passion for catering to full-figured fashionistas. She also discussed the key to making our clients look and feel beautiful with our fashion consultant and part-time shrink, Ms. Pat, while Yael Cohen briefly introduce our web site and highlighted the online personal shopper service.
